The rates are per apartment and per night including bed linen, towels and final cleaning for a minimum stay of 4 days or 3 nights.

The rates are valid for 2 persons, each additional person € 20.00 / night.

The local tax of € 2.00 per person and day is added to the indicated price. Children under the age of 14 are exempt.

• The apartments are ready for occupancy from 2 pm on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we ask you to vacate the flat by 10 am.
• Smoking is not permitted in the apartments.
• Bus stop only a few metres from the house
• Pickup service: we are happy to pick you up from the bus or train station.
• We are happy to guide you through our orchards upon request and explain the process from blossom to harvest.
• Our raised vegetable bed is available for you as needed

Cancellation fees: If we can rent the flat to someone else, there is no cancellation fee, otherwise we charge as follows:

• up to 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50 % of the total price
• up to 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 70 % of the total price
• within the last 2 weeks before the start of the rental period or in the event of early departure, the cancellation fee is 100% of the total price.
